Privacy policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Controller

Controller: [Company name — set LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME], [Street and number], [Postal code and city], [Country]. Contact: support@example.com.

2. Data we process

Account data (e.g. email, username), order and wallet history, support tickets, technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps), and payment metadata from processors (we do not store full card numbers). If you register via an affiliate invite link, we store which referrer invited you. Referrers may see a pseudonymized overview (masked username, registration date, affiliate program status) — not your email or full name.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the Service, billing, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) contract, (f) legitimate interests, (c) legal obligation where applicable). Marketing emails only with consent where required.

4. Cookies & consent

We use necessary cookies for login and preferences. Analytics or marketing cookies, if any, are used only according to your choices in our consent tool (Klaro) where configured.

5. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, use Google One Tap, link a Google account in your profile, or connect YouTube for Automations, we access information from your Google account only as you authorize and as permitted by Google's APIs. Data we access: Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile picture URL, and — if you connect YouTube — channel metadata and public YouTube information needed for automation features you enable (e.g. channel name, live/broadcast status, video upload information) via the YouTube Data API using the scopes you approve. How we use Google user data: solely to authenticate you, create and maintain your account, display your profile, link OAuth connections, send optional push notifications if you opt in (via Google Firebase), and operate YouTube automation features you explicitly enable. We do not use Google user data for advertising, interest-based profiling, or purposes unrelated to providing the Service. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data: we do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except: • Infrastructure subprocessors that host and operate our application under confidentiality and data-processing agreements, strictly limited to what is necessary to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting such as Vercel, database hosting such as MongoDB Atlas, and push delivery via Google Firebase when you enable notifications); • When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. Google user data is not disclosed to payment processors, affiliates, advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent use. Access by our staff is limited to authorized personnel for support, security, and legal compliance, and only when necessary. Storage and retention: Google profile and connection data are stored with your account for as long as your account is active or as described in Section 7 (Retention). OAuth tokens for linked services are stored encrypted and removed when you disconnect the integration or delete your account. Your controls: you may disconnect Google or YouTube in your account settings or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google API Services User Data Policy: our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).

6. Processors & transfers

We use hosting, email, payment, and infrastructure providers (e.g. Vercel, payment gateways, MongoDB Atlas, Google Firebase for optional push notifications). Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA with appropriate safeguards where required. Google user data is shared with subprocessors only as described in Section 5.

7. Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize unless legal retention applies.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing where applicable. Contact support@example.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
