The Service provides social-media marketing services. Delivery times, quality, and availability depend on the target platform’s rules. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. follower counts staying permanent).

You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

Prices are shown before checkout. Orders are charged from your prepaid wallet balance in EUR unless stated otherwise. You must submit correct links, quantities, and service IDs. Incorrect submissions may not be refundable once processing has started.

If an order is rejected immediately, your wallet is credited back automatically where implemented. Cancellations or failures after placement are handled according to rules; partial or full refunds are at our discretion and may require a support ticket.

Do not use the Service for illegal content, malware, harassment, or to violate third-party terms (e.g. platform policies). We may refuse or cancel orders without refund where misuse is evident.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages arising from breach of essential contractual duties. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
